Solution Property Message
Solution Property is is a friendly UK based property investment business that is run and jointly owned by husband and wife team Ross and Wendy Brumwell. Lucca Brumwell also joined the Solution Property team recently as ‘The Property Dog’!
We manage our own diverse portfolio, including Houses of Multiple Occupation as well as single let houses and flats. Our current strategy is buying commercial buildings and converting them into residential accommodation.
We have a number of properties in the very popular Totterdown area of Bristol that was recently named in the Times as one of the top 20 hip and trendy places in the UK. We are always looking for up and coming areas and have specific traits that we look for to identify these areas. Our current project in Keynsham is the prime example of an up and coming town under going a large regeneration project by the local council. Just outside of Bristol, this town has excellent commuter links and is starting to become the place to be.
Our experience and certifications enable us to help others starting out in property or any new business venture. Wendy, being a qualified coach and mentor (MinstLM) puts her in a unique position as one of the very few certified in the UK to offer property and business coaching and mentoring. In a highly unregulated profession we believe it is important to have the knowledge and skills required to help you on your journey to where you want to be.
